FeeSpotter provides automated mathematical calculators, reverse pricing solvers, and catalog audit tools. All calculations, fee deductions, profit figures, and margin projections generated by our tools are estimates provided strictly for informational and educational purposes.

E-commerce platforms (including Etsy, TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, and Shopify) frequently modify their commission schedules, category referral fees, dimensional weight shipping tiers, and payment processing surcharges without prior notice. While we endeavor to maintain updated formulas based on verified rate cards, FeeSpotter makes no warranty that formulas reflect changes enacted immediately by third-party platforms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FEESPOTTER AND ITS OPERATORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FeeSpotter is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Etsy, Inc., TikTok Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., eBay Inc., or Shopify Inc. All product names, logos, trademarks, and registered trademarks referenced on this website are property of their respective owners and are used strictly for nominative identification and comparative informational purposes.

6. Pro Memberships, Billing & Refunds

FeeSpotter offers optional paid Pro memberships providing unblurred batch catalog audits, executive PDF exports, and advanced pricing solver features. Subscription billing is handled securely through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processors (such as Stripe).

During promotional launch periods, Pro access may be temporarily unlocked for registered accounts at our sole discretion. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your customer billing portal; upon cancellation, you retain full Pro access through the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle. Payments are generally non-refundable once billed, but if you encounter technical disruptions or billing errors, please contact support@feespotter.com within 7 days for a prompt review.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the United States.
